Can someone please give me a walkthrough on turning in cxp for fleet marks please?

    You need at least 110k XP in a category. Visit your fleet starbase (Fed only, no idea how KDF is laid out) and head toward the Officer of the Watch, as you enter the room there is a small console on the right side that you can use for turning in excess CXP.
