just thought i would share this with you all. i was banned over a billing dispute. PWE settled the issue to my satisfaction and had it resolved and me un-banned well under 24 hours.

    was not aware of that. i just see a lot of complaints about bad service and slow response to tickets. that was not my experience at all.

    mods or whoever can feel free to delete this thread if they wish.
