    There's also an Inter-connect device in your skills UI choices.

    (when you have a Lobi Crystal in your inventory... as per Borticus, below)

    If you have any Lobi Crystals in your inventory, you can double-click them (or right-click and choose "Use") to open the store interface from anywhere.

    Or, you can visit the vendor at Drozana Station if you prefer the personal touch. Just keep an eye on that Ferengi in the corner. I don't trust him.

    But apparently all the lobi crystals in the game won't buy us our 700 day android variants.
