Is the server down?

Just a few minutes ago I decided to purchase some zen to obtain some master keys for my lock boxes, the next thing I know the server disconnects and when I attempt to log in now, I can input my username and password but it seems to freeze up before I can enter the game. Has anyone else had this problem?

    If you go to the main page, it has the server status there. It looks like the server is up right now.

    However, sometimes it lags and doesn't always show the current condition. You should also be able to tell in your launcher after you log in but before you hit "engage". Should be a green dot somewhere at the top... turns red if the server is down.

    Ok then it means its a problem on my end. I can't even get to the "engage" key, the patch option just stays ghosted while the screen freezes.
