It was a gift given to people at STLV. They'll probably be in the C-Store eventually.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Here's an in-game shot of her (the KDF version is the same, just with the KDF background): http://images-cdn.perfectworld.com/www/35/ed/35edbf0dd8d258fb15b113567f91f0431344901383.jpg

    Cheers,

    Thank You... :)

No, that's completely different. The TR-116 was part of a box set offer tied to a specific retailer. There's a lot of licensing that goes into something like that. It's not just about producing the item. It's also about guaranteeing the retailer the exclusivity of it.

The Holo-Leeta only requires Chase and CBS to approve it. The rest is up to Cryptic.

At least anybody that had a Target nearby across the country, had a chance to get the the TR-116A if they wanted it (while it was available)...

Not everybody lives in Vegas or has the money to travel there for a weekend.

    :(

Well, there are no Targets in Vermont. :)

Convention items are extremely common in the gaming industry. Ebayers have made lots of cash selling WoW con items.:)
