New Patch, Bind on Account not working?

Most random drops of Uncommon or better quality are now Bind to Account on Equip.
Previously, they were Bind to Character on Equip.
This means they can be put in the Account Shared bank even after equipping them.

Is this for NEW items, because all my old items are not able to be shared??

    The drops have been changed. Meaning, you have to go get drops. It's not retroactive to stuff that's dropped for you in the past.

    Hmm... I see it in Brandon's post, but not in the "full patch notes..."

    Was this taken out on purpose or did it really get implamented into the game?

    Why make it retro active? That is something we are asking for. They are now in the business of doing the opposite

    The patch notes that were posted are additive... The full notes are both Brandons and zeros posts combined.
