Squeezing the most out of the Recluse

Hey all,

After buying the recluse off the exchange a little while back, i have managed to turn the thing into a decent enough tank, but I can't help but that even more performance can be squeezed out of her.

What I would like to do is maximize DPS with out sacrificing Tankability. Any suggestions would be apreciated. ^_^

Here is my current set up, as an engineering captain.

BOFF powers:
CMDR ENG: EPtW1, EPtS2, ET3, Aux2Sif 3
LTC ENG: EPtW1, EPtS2, ES2
LTC SCI: Haz EM 1, TBR 1 , GW 2
LT SCI: TSS 1
ENSG TAC: FAW 1

Ship Gear:
3 part Borg, Maco MK XII shields
Weapons: working towards 6 phased tetryon beam arrays mk XII acc x2
Eng consoles: Ablative Hull armor, Electroceramic Plating, Monatonium alloy, (Suggestion needed)
Science Consoles: 2x Field Generators, Borg, Tholian
Tacical Consoles: 2x Tetryon
Hanger: Widows, (perhaps not the best but i love their little blue beams)

Doffs:
Energy Weapons Officer
Tholian Warfare SPecialist: borg
warp core engineer
Technician
Gravimetric scientist

I am currently using the following set-up and its working great!

Engines: BORG
Deflector: BORG
Shields: PARATRINIC MK XI (Shields are at 21,998)

Eng Consoles: 2x Plasma Distribution, Borg Console, Tholian Console
Sci Consoles: 4x Field Generators
Tactical Consoles: 2x Tetryon

So far so good! She can take a lot of punishment and dish it out just the same!
