Tour The Galaxy reward change?

I searched the web for information on this and didn't see any so...
It appears that you must now hit every block in a sector before moving to the next one or you get no reward for that sector. Previously you could warp back and forth between sectors as you went.

Just looking for verification that others are seeing the same thing.

Having to do every block in a sector before leaving it is a change from what the misssion was when I last did it a few months ago. Now, even when I completed all the sector blocks and then repeated half of them, I received zero reward. It was a wasted hour. Nothing in the mission instructions said that I had to complete each sector before leaving it, and the mission tracker showed me as having completed the entire mission. Even the sectors which I completed in one pass gave no rewards. I won't be wasting my time on Tour the Universe any more, just as I don't use Memory Alpha to craft weapons and equipment since the ridiculously high Dilithium costs were added to the price of crafted items. A wise man once said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Unfortunately, when it comes to things like Memory Alpha and Tour thr Universe, the motto seems to be "if it ain't broke, break it." Meanwhile, the Exchange is still broken, giving wildly inaccurate prices for almost everything that is for sale on it, and no one seems interested in fixing it.
