Starbase Provisions Limiting?

I know the fleet has two options, one which is buy from the fleet vendors and the other is donation...

Is there a way to LIMIT ranks to the amount they can purchase off the fleet vendors, example... 2 from the "Weapon and Armor" 1 from the Shield Vendor and 1 from the Ship Fleet Vendor?

    No there is no way to limit how much a fleet member can purchase. The options are Yes you can purchase or No you can not purchase. Hopefully they will add in a feature like this similar to what the bank has.

    Yes it would be nice to separate the different stores. For example, have 1 rank have access to ship provisions, but a different rank have access to ground weapons.

    I would go even further by making it so you could set it that each member can make so many purchases from one category
