Having trouble finding Personnel Officers for DOFF Recruitment.

According to the post Here there are the following Personnel officers...
Federation Recruitment Zones
ESD, SFA, Sol, Memory Alpha, K-7: General and department recruitment
Sirius: Vulcan, Andorian, Tellarite, Betazoid, Rigellian
Alpha Centauri: Caitian, Deltan, Saurian
Iota Pavonis: Bolian
Beta Ursae: Benzite, Trill

However I've only been able to locate the Federation, Vulcan, Tellarite, and Andorian Personal Officers.

Can anybody help direct me to the remaining Betazoid, Rigellian, Caitian, Deltan, Saurian, Bolian, Benzite, and Trill Personel Officers?

    The rest of those aren't contacts, but assignments that appear in those sectors. They can sometimes appear from the Operations officer under department heads, but there's no go-to NPC like there is for the founding races.

    Right, the three at the Academy are guaranteed, the rest are rare recruitment assignments. 2 Days, no DOffs required.

    And these "missions" can pop up in the available mission tab?

    These assignments are not normal PVE missions that your character run. The assignments are a part of the Duty Officer system, also known as the DOFF system.

    These Recruitment Assignments will only show up in Sector Assignments in the various Federator space sectors (Sirius, Regulus, Beta Ursae, etc.) also in Star Fleet Academy or Earth Space Dock. The Recruitment assignments are named "Evaluate New Tactical Officer" for example. The reward will be a new Bridge Officer Candidate the quality depends on the success of your assignment. (i.e .Critical Success = Purple BOFF, Success = Blue BOFF, etc).

    They're assignments, like any other random assignment. I believe they show up in Current Sector, Personal, or Operations Officer.

    lordfuzun, he was asking about the DOff recruitment assignments in that link.
