Klingon Intelligence started as the sister fleet to Section 31 on the Federation. It is currently one of the most advanced KDF fleets in the game in terms of fleet holdings.

Section 31 Project Dynamo has joined forces with Klingon Intelligence to provide a KDF home for their members and they have a great website at section31rp.com, including a section for Klingon Intelligence here (requires login).

There are already a lot of accolade hunters, doffers, and STF elite players in the fleet and I welcome this aspect of gameplay being expanded upon in the fleet. If anyone has a Section 31-type character in the Klingon Defense Forces, I would encourage you to check us out.

A note on starbase projects: we'll getting very close to Tier 3 shipyard and are fully stocked with numerous ship, requisition, and skill boost provisions.

Klingon Intelligence has just completed the Tier 3 starbase project and has expanded its fleet ranks to over 120 active members. All six limited time projects thus far are also completed.

Anyone in a Section 31 fleet on Fed side and wants the same kind of vibe on the KDF is encouraged to join.

Klingon Intelligence is now fleet level 12 and has expanded to 160 members, while trying to boost the RP side.

Now completed are Tier 3 starbase, shipyard, industrial fabricator, and communications array.

Klingon Intelligence has finished its Tier 4 starbase and Tier 2 diplomacy upgrades! We have now started the 17th limited time project and Tier 4 communications array, with a Tier 4 transwarp conduit and Tier 4 industrial fabricator to start within the month.

Now's a great time to join this advanced and active KDF fleet.

I am excited to announce that we'll be starting Tier 5 engineering upgrade in the next couple days. Now's a great time to join and be a part of it all. Contact @PhyrexianHero in-game by mail and request an invite to Klingon Intelligence, or join our cross-faction chat channel s31-ki and ask there.

Anyone who joins and contributes to the upgrade will have store access by the time the project's timer ends. We'll have back-to-back upgrades after that with the Tier 5 starbase and Tier 5 shipyard, with the Tier 5 comm array starting a couple weeks after that.
