Ground Auto Fire mode

I was able to enable the auto fire mode on one of my toons while playing the Friday 13th mission and did no think about playing it with any other toons. Now I can't enable the auto fire mode on the others, was this a fluke?

When I played on Tribble it had the auto fire mode on ground, so I thought it was just for tribble but then tried it on holodeck. When will this ability be for all.

    strange, I've been able to freely switch ground combat autofiring on and off for my characters on Holodeck. Maybe it helps that I don't want to go to Tribble for any reason.
