Made ship systems more targetable

It will be great if we can target a part of a subsystems like shield generators for shields, weapons like phaser array for weapons and all kinds like that.

If we also can target the enemy's warp core it could give it a warp core breach but it could take a lot of damage to damage it so players won't always targeting it.

It also can be good if we can target enemy's ship facilities like sickbay so can decrease the enemy's ship crew regeneration rate.

To overcome the damage on systems is to put repair team system to assign them to damaged systems, destroyed or damaged systems can be repaired automatically when we dock a starbase or a station, example:Earth Spacedock,Fleet Starbases etc.

This will be great addition for the game, hope Cryptic Studios take this as consideration.

Sounds like a great idea. Unfortunately it sounds like there'll be no micro-transactions that be assigned to it, therefore I don't think it will happen.

We already have sub-system targeting abilities in the game. They drop shields, take weapons offline, disable your propulsion and kill your auxiliary power. I think it would be a bit too much for people to have to return to starbase each time it happened to them. Thankfully we have counter abilities to offset or restore the effects of such attacks.

it sounds like he is refering to what you could do in bridge commander. My fav thing in that game was to target the weapons until they could not shoot back then the engines until they had only thrusters. then you could attack other ships and come back and mop up after instead of having to completely destroy the opposing ship right away.

Subsystem targeting. Standard on all science vessels and on advance carriers. It temporarily weakens or disables the selected subsystem for a short period of time. This can be countered with engineering teams. The disable effect usually last only a few seconds, but in combat, seconds are deadly.

There is also Viral matrix which is a delayed system disable. It is guaranteed to shut down one nonshield system for at least four seconds. And there is a doff that you can get that will add a chance to disable a second system.

Miracle worker and Engineering team can be use as a aid for repair crews. This will help players not to take any trouble to train their boffs with other abilities if they already have the abilities as i said above:)

In addition to Miracle Worker and Engineering Team, Emergency Power to _____ and batteries also instantly restore disabled subsystems.
