Am I doing something wrong? (Missing skill?)

Hey everyone, I have a Science Officer that just hit Lt Commander, however, I looked in my space abilities and there is no Sensor Scan available to choose from. Am I doing something wrong? I thought I got that at Lt. 8?

    You should have gotten it at Lt.7 if you had 24k skillpoints spent. Is it possible you have not spent that amount in space skills?

    Your deathly certain that its not in your powers menu?

    Ah, thank you. Looks like I was a bit under the allotted skill points spent. Bad habit of mine. XD
