I see that its OP for many in PvP and I understand that it needs a balance. But, many of us already got it using real cash in the ongoing STO lotto. If you must nerf it please compensate those who purchased the item before you effectivly swap it for another... The ol bait and switch doesnt sit well with most folks.

I can think and buy what I like. Way to troll and not say anything useful. If they sell it its meant to be bought. Its thier job to TEST and fix these issue BEFORE they go to live servers. Once its on holo it should be, and is, fair game. Point is those who bought something as advertised should expect it to be exactly what they bought, no matter what others think of it. To change the item after the fact is a form of bait and switch and wont go over well. Plain and simple.
Your statement is like saying someone who bought a Corvette shouldnt have because its faster than say, any general car. Maybe thats how they do things in China, but not here in the US.
What they are proposing is like buying the Corvette and then they say they have to do " a special maintenence" on it. And then they replace the motor with a gerbil wheel and dont refund any of your money. In common language even slow ppl can understand that = a ripoff.
What it makes so good is the shield+weapon combined with any other set for a very nice 2/2 setup.
Just shift some resistances from shield to chest and everythings fine.
