I have no idea if this is the right place or not but I can't figure from the forum names where the right place may be. Is there a forum tutorial or basic guide somewhere that explains such things as how to change my time zone and how to work the ignore list? I haven't been able to find those options anywhere under the User CP.

If its not in the User CP then odds are there is no setting for it, but I could be wrong since I've never really looked.
