Just because there is none upcoming doesn't mean they are getting rid of it. The whole even calendar was reworked so odds are the schedules are different. If I remember correctly the Tour the Universe used to show up twice on the calendar (i.e. twice a day), now it is probably once a day. I'm sure when you log on tomorrow you'll see it on the calendar again.

The problem is I have participated in the last today, at 5-6pm (Central Europe Time).
Now it's 10:30 pm, and pushing the calendar up to tomorrow evening
there is no Tour of the Galaxy anywhere. I hope they are not going to put it
too far away in time.
Head to SubSpace Agenda for a visual calendar where you can see more than just the 24 hours ahead or behind you.
When Season 6 arrived, all the scheduled events got rearranged. the Daily schedules used to repeat every 2 weeks. Now the daily schedule seems to shift by 7 hours every day (the sequence of events is the same each day, but the schedule is rotated around). I'm still waiting another week to confirm these cycles before I set the website calendars to autorepeat, but the pattern seems to be the following so far:
The regularly scheduled events seem to be grouped into several series:
Series 1: Lasts 5 hours, Repeats every 8 hours
The Vault
Fleet Marks
Mirror Universe
Academy
Series 2: Lasts 3 hours, Repeats every 16 hours
Path to 2409
Dilithium Mining
Multiphasic Event
Series 3: Lasts 3 hours, Repeats every 16 hours
Time to Craft!
Officer Reports
Tour the Universe
Series 4: undetermined cycle, overlaps other events
Defera Ground Invasion
Series 5: Lasts 24 hours, Repeats every 3 weeks, overlaps other events
Now, to complicate matters, these are just the patterns within an individual day. When looking at the scedule over multiple days, take the pattern for one day, copy it over to the next day, and move everything forward 7 hours (with the items that go past 2400 hours wrapping around back to the beginning of that day). You could think of the events of each day as numbers on a wheel of a combo lock, with the next wheel (day) being shifted 7 hours from the previous
