Tholian Warfare Specialist

Heyho!

I just want to ask how many Tholian Warfare Specialists are out there. Is there one Doff for every enemy in the game? Are there ground Warfare Specialists too? Will we get an assigment where we need those guys? How many can I put in my active rooster? Do they stack?

Just got one Doff:

Tholian Warfare Specialist (Space) - 10 % against Undine

    I have a 10% space agains Borg, and a team mate got 10% ground borg

    You can only have one Warfare Specialist Active at any given time, so they neither stack nor can you have different variants on duty at the same time.

    There exist roughly a dozen.

    As far as I can tell there are 6, a ground version and a space version for vs Borg, vs Undine and vs Tholians. There may be more, but those are the ones I've seen.

    Ok, I understand Borg and Tholian, but Undine? Is there a mission I did not found? I just know the fake DS9 mission as endgame and there is not really much to get out of it.
    I have a 10% space agains Borg, and a team mate got 10% ground borg

    Ground Borg sounds amazing, can you ask your friend for the name of the doff please?

    These 3 antagonists were chosen for the Tholian Warfare Specialists because at the time they were created, these were the only cross-faction antagonists that could show up at Starbases. Gorn and Klingons weren't added until later, or they would have been included as well.

    It's unfortunate that most players will not unlock Borg or Undine starbase events for a bit, since they are gated to a higher tier (I think 4 or 5). Until then, these Doffs can still be used in other PvE content, and can also be sent on assignments if you choose not to equip them in your Active Roster. Although, there are currently no assignments that call for them specifically.

    More Warfare Specialists are intended to be made available via Fleet Advancement, at a future date.

    I would have loved to see the vs Tholian Warfare officer as a Breen, and vice versa. Well, there's always next time.

    The Breen is the Season 6 testing reward. Hopefully it won't take ages to be added to the store.

    They're under 'reward packs'. You won't know what kind you have until you unpack them.

    The packs that they come out of are under reward packs. For the resulting DOffs, the vs. Tholian and vs. Borg DOffs show up under Energy Weapons Officers and the vs. Undine shows up under Geologists.

    I already sold 6 of them. :o

    Now the only mystery is how to coax FC boosters out of the exchange system. No matter what I type in, they never show up. :eek:

    so a lack of planning is the reason there is no tholian warfare dudes for the other races?

    Sounds about right. I was looking for Nemo and found him under Technician.

    Only saw one of each, ground and space. Borg, Udine, Tholian

    That explains why I've never seen any except the ones that give bonuses against those three races; was just wondering about that.

    Have any of you ever had bugged ones that can't be put on active duty? No matter what I do, the vs. Borg-space one I got for my Gorn can't be put on duty for some reason; just wondering if there's a quick workaround for this one...

    A link to a pic showing all 6 specialists, 3 ground and 3 space.
    The Federation and Klingon versions share the same names, make sure to take a look at the background and border of the image before you buy a particular Doff.

    I put some on auction but since there is no space warfare duty officer filter yet they are hard to find.
