New Phased Tetryons can't be equipped on the Armitage

The new Phased Tetryon Dual Heavy Cannons cannot be equipped on the Armitage. Those DHCs are missing the "Escort Carrier" tag for allowed ships on them, and the Armitage is capable of using DHCs.
Be careful not to buy the new weapons hoping to equip it on your Armitage. I made that mistake and now I gotta until a dev fixes those new DHCs.
