I take it as this never made it to Holodeck?!

From the June 22, 2012 Release Notes:

" The Photonic Bridge Officer is now contained within a Requisition Pack when purchased, and can therefore be traded until unpacked. "

When (if at all) might we be seeing this make it's way to holodeck, as I tried to claim it just now on a toon and it went right into my Bridge Officer Candidates list..

I thought the text is about the pack, not the officer. Can you trade the whole unopened pack ?

not even getting the pack, the BOff goes right to asking to join my crew. and the photonic tribble is bound and is separate as well. >_>; they should be in the pack right.

That wasn't stated in the release notes, and on tribble it was directed at the Sci Photonic Bridge officers as I picked it up and put it into the fleet bank.

It will be the lobi one, as the other one was a referral reward only for all characters. they wont make that one tradable or you could just keep reclaiming and selling it it on brand new characters

Are you buying it new or just claiming it from the old account unlock on the referral program? The legacy account unlocks on stuff like tribbles and boffs still work the old way, the new single-item purchases work the new way.

trying to claim ( on an alt ) it from a old account unlock of the referral program... once again, the release notes don't say that this change isn't retroactive, but just a general change, backed up by that both the Photonic Tribble and Sci BOff where packed up on a toon that hadn't commissioned the officer.
