Quick starbase advancement question.

I was never able to find out an answer to this: When you advance a starbase, will you eventually be able to max out all 3 branches- Military, Science, and Engineering? Or does it limit you, in that once you reach one tier with one type, it starts all over again for the next tier?

In other words, if my fleet decided to focus PURELY on military until our starbase was at max level, would there be any room to advance engineering and science after that?

    I should imagine you can complete all areas (TAC, ENG, SCI) in what ever manner and time that you want. So you can do all of one and then go back and do the others whenever you like. IMO

    My question, is this.

    Once your fleet has maxed out their starbase, TAC, ENG and SCI all to tier VI. How do new people to the fleet then earn Fleet credits, will there still be other missions to do???

    I know it will be along time before that happens, but never to early to think ahead!

    I think the Special assignments would come to fill in that role.
