Casual Player LFFleet

I am a casual player of STO as stated in the thread title, but I am interested in getting the most out of the game which leads me to seeking to join a Fleet for the first time. Therefore, I am looking for a casual friendly fleet that won't be too harsh on me for not playing everyday, and not knowing everything about STO. And I live on the westcoast if it matters time wise.

I have both a science and an engineer captain, and is looking for a fleet for both characters.
