assigned quarters

I've just visited the fleet starbase interiors for the first time.

One thing I would like to see added is crew quarters for all fleet members. They could easily devote a deck or 2 for this purpose and it would give the impression of a larger interior, in other words, more starbase feel.

There is no need to create a completly new room since the captains quarter from the ship interiors already exists. With some minor modifications/addons it could be a nice addon. A few customisation options could be added such as being able to select paintings on the walls/ color of the wall/ceeling lights and so on. :)

Also, where is the mess hall/lounge??

    This is something i also hoped to see.
    A simple clicky door labeled "Quarters" which transports you to your own private housing instance would have been nice.
    However without the ability to decorate it it would be useless as everyone's would be a clone of each others.

    A room with a stage or raised platform infront of several rows of clickable seats was something else i would have expected to see.
    A table with seats around it for officer meetings too.

    agree, customizable quarters would be cool

    they could do this on the ships as well at the same time.

    as long as our characters remain in them when we log out. Currently if you go to your quarters on your ship, lay down on the bed, and sign out. when you login, you are back to tactical view.

    being able to interact with the room would be a plus as well. I know with the current office, you can;t even really sit in one of the chairs in there.

    Well you can but it;s with the emote command, not the interaction cog that's normally used.

    Nice idea. I'd still rather live on DS9 though. In fact I'd pay Z to do so.

    A couple of days ago I tossed the Idea around of "T5 Starbase Skins" that are available once your fleet reaches a Lvl 5 starbase. These could be Nors, MIDAS Arrays, K-7 esque spacestations, etc. I think it would be cool.
