Mouse-Look-Toogle also toggles throttle? How to disable this?

Hi,
I just loged in after a longer break and have a problem with mouse-look-toggle.
It now toggles also the throttle, means whenever I toggle mouse-look the ship/avatar switches between stop/fullspeed.
That's annoying for me because I permanently use mouse-look-toggle and can't play with this new behaviour.
How can I disable this, please?
