Need a Fleet Starbase sub-forum

With the new fleet starbase and fleet advancement system in Season 6, I would like a sub-forum for discussion about the fleet starbases and tools and tips for advancing your projects and construction.

Otherwise, where would I look for such threads and topics? PvE gameplay? Duty Officer System, since it is related to the fleet advancement system, and duty officers are used for some fleet projects?

Why? Most forum posters don;t use the correct subforums anyway....

But yes +1. I would rather see a fleet discussion subforum actually, not just starbases.
