Text doesn't scale properly in "Select a Ship" view

Bug: in the "select a ship" view, the ship name font size does not scale properly on the right name list bar. So you only see "U.S.S. Lo" or whatever the first two or three letters of the ship's name is.
Expected behavior: the ship name font size should scale so the whole name of each ship is visible (as it does for BOff names in the BOff list view). Also one would expect the select a ship window to be scalable, but it's not.
