Doff Recruitment missions from the personnel officer at Starfleet Academy are not renewing once completed, thus not allowing you to start new ones once you've finished the old recruitment missions.

    There's a cooldown I believe. Shouldn;t renew right away. Takes like a day or so for them to come back.

    At least that's how it is on the main holodeck server.

    Been almost 48hrs since the last ones I did were completed and turned in, kinda long for a cooldown timer...

    It is like 2-3 days. It does take a while.

    The general recruitment mission from the npc by lt. ferra is rather short though. Check to see if you can do that one. That's the one that gives you the federation duty officer cadre.

    Rgr, General Recruitment available now but others still on cooldown looks like.
