Looking to create a Solo Fleet

I have not been one for joining up with players as I am always busy but like to enjoy STO when i have time. That said I really want to explore the new fleet system but that is not a solo thing. Would anyone be able to help me or create a fleet for me so that i can work alone just getting to explore and when I have more time expand the fleet to make it a proper one.
