My Test Weekend Feedback

So I got in on the test weekend a bit late, but still checked out what I could.

- Tholians are amazing. The look, sounds, and unique interaction was great. I look forward to the potential this new race will open up for STO.

- The open event area was interesting. I enjoyed to the caves more then the outside area. The cave were more of a dungeon crawl feel. The outside area seemed to small, and this lead to areas that were over run with players.

- The new character visuals for active weapons was a nice touch. While a simple thing, it helps to make your character look a bit more unique. Also reminds you what weapon you have selected.

I did not get to try out the fleet changes due to not having a fleet.

So looking forward to the release of Season 6, and future content.

Personally, I preferred the outside area around Camp Charlie. Take a fleet in there on a team, load up all the missions except the boss & mineral mining and then play, play play. Everyone's actions help complete everyone else's missions. Just keep turning them in as they complete & getting rare / uncommon drop boxes for nifty stuff. Great way to get cheap & dirty fleet marks, too... Good for upping starbases quickly!

Wow - I guess the STO EP's display name name was either already taken, not reserved properly, or the Cryptic auto-link script had a processing error when he linked his accounts too :eek::D;)
