Emtpy Exchange Sale Expired emails

Recently I have noticed that several of my expired sales on the exchange emails are coming back empty. At first I thought I was just being absentminded and that I had already taken the item. But now its happened enough times I'm sure something is wrong.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Anyone have a solution?

    I have only One Character, there is mail going back 3/31/2011 showing up stating about expired Auction items.

    Which cannot be acquired back.

    This happens to me all the time... Its just a reminder that I need to switch characters to tend to the issue....

    (You have to keep in mind that only the 'ORIGINAL EXCHANGE POSTER' can recover the Exchange attachments...)

    This also means that if you delete a character, you better make sure first that all Exchange posts have been removed, and all potential return items have been dealt with first....
