Enhancement Request: Filter by Trait

The Exchange needs a way to allow the user to filter by DOFF trait. For example, if I'm looking for any DOFF with Telekinesis, currently I have to go though the whole list of duty officers.

(Telekinesis DOFFs are VERY rare it seems)
