Since it was announced that on July 12th, the Holodeck will be switching from C-Points to ZEN. Now for those of us who still have C-Points left over from anything, will the points be lost or will we be able to convert them over from the website into ZEN? Cause if I loose my C-Points, someone, somewhere, is GOING to pay me back for the time, money, and effort spent for those C-Points. I do the surveys, I bought the pre-paid cards, and I converted Dilithium into all the C-Points I have right now.
Your C-Points will be converted to Zen and since Zen isn't 1:1 the same as a C-Point your balance will increase so you get the proper amount of Zen to your current balance of C-Points.

Q: When is this happening and can I still purchase Cryptic Points? The conversion will happen during the game maintenance scheduled for Thursday July 12, 2012. After the conversion, it will no longer be possible to purchase Cryptic Points, and if you wish to purchase cash shop items you will need to use ZEN. In order to purchase ZEN, you will need to have a Perfect World account or link your existing Cryptic account to a Perfect World account.
Please see our Account Linking FAQ for more details on how to link your account.
I hate to be anal but that just says it's changing over.

Q: I still have a Cryptic Points balance, what will happen to it?
All Cryptic Points will be converted to an equivalent value in ZEN. For example, if you have 80 Cryptic Points ($1.00 in value) before the conversion, you will have 100 ZEN ($1.00 in value) after the conversion. We will multiply your Cryptic Point balance by 1.25 to get your new ZEN balance.

Hope this helps
The quote I provided was for someone asking where the OP got the date of the conversion, not the actual details of the conversion.
I was reading more with the first part of the question. Sorry about that.
