Chat AutoComplete Issue

Seems like whether you press up or down, the selector only goes down.

Typed in:
/chat_

Hit the down arrow a couple of times, then the up arrow and the selection went down in all cases. Selected my option and it didn't appear on the chat line.

    On a related note, I find that on Tribble, I can't use the up and down arrows to scroll through my chat buffer reliably like I can on Holodeck, and even more frustrating, I can't hit escape to shift the focus from the chat edit box back to the game.

    This will be extremely frustrating for me if this makes it to live.
