Can't login to Tribble?

I get stuck at the "Connecting to login server" screen. Anyone else?

Can log into holodeck ok.

    shard is brought down for some updates. i was ingame at the time. admin message said that they are bringing it down for an update.

    They they should have the server status go red, instead of green when you click Tribble.

    The server status is for Holodeck, not the testing servers. You should understand that as a testing servers the devs have the right to bring it down at any time, with or with out notification. Theres likely some place this is written down, but you should assume this anyway.

    if tribble is back up, how come i am not able to log on it, it doesnt even show up on my STO launcher, and i just upgraded to gold subscription does that have anything to do with it? what do i need to do?
