What about C-Store ships, that does not have fleet refit versions?

Updated the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship, Cardassian Galor, and Ferengi D'Kora so they have bonus HP, bonus shields, and an additional console slot so they are competitive with the fleet ships.
I have no problem, that lock-box ships getting buffs. But what about ships we purchase from C-Store? The one's we not going to have Fleet Refit versions (Guramba Siege Destroyer , Kar'Fi Battle Carrier, Advanced Heavy Retrofit). How they going to stay competitive? Who was stupid enough to spend $25 on them from now on?
