Special Rooms be put in durring the test weekend?

As i read in the ask cryptic, specialized rooms will be added at dev discretion to help make each starbase more unique. Will any of these be turned on for the weekend? And will their be requirements to hit to even unlock the options?

Basically I want to know how to get a Fleet Conference Room.

    I want this room added to the star bases.

    Agreed.

    That is the cleanest conference table that I have ever seen. No one has coffee or a doughnut or even a piece of paper in front of them. Does no one take notes or even eat during these things anymore?
