what about skaling the fleets economy?
sure, there are a lot of large fleets with over 100 players. but ther are also small fleets with 5 or less player. the amount oft needed fleet marks for some project is just giant and non-dischargeable.
so could you skale the needed amout of items and marks by the number of players in a fleet?
1 to 5; 6 to 15, 16 to 50, 51 to TRIBBLE ?
but to prevent cheating by leaving the fleet before every project and come back after starting, the scaling should correlate to the average number of player in the fleet in the last 2 weeks...
...or another way: nobody can join the fleet during a project-countdown.
