    Is using the incorrect date in his signature.

    Since the game was in 2409 when it launched in 2010, the passage of time would make 2013 our time = 2412 game time, so his fleet has had T5 Fleet ships since 2412, unless they still don't have T5 Fleet Ships and are waiting until next year to do it, which is illogical.
