Fleet nova req

i was re-looking over the fleet ships today when i spotted in irregularity on the fleet science vessel retrofit. it only has 9 consoles instead of the 10 that it is supposed to have. as it is right now it has the same number of consoles as the science vessel retrofit. while i know tier 3 shipyards have not been achieved as far as i know i wanted to go ahead and point this out so that it can be fixed before it gets to the point where it can be bought.
