Department Head selections keep resetting

This has been a long standing bug for me, the Department Head selections keep resetting. It seems your Department Head selections are tied to your UI save so if you have a certain UI profile and reload it with another character, it will cause their Department Heads to try and change to whatever the first characters saved UI selections were. Since there is no way to lock all the HUD positions (this is really needed in STO) and it is so easy to accidentally drag HUDs around I end up having to reload my saved UI quite often and redo my Departments Head selections each time I do. Since it seems Season 6 is trying to fix some of the UI issues, maybe this is somethign that could be looked into.
It would also be great to have the ability to minimize HUDs like the Mission Tracker, PvP Missions, Mini Map and Team Status HUDs. Season 6 seems to have already fixed the problems with all the green flyby texts options we are getting, now give us some more HUD options to go along with that.
