More speed?

Just noticed my top speed in sector is now 24.something.

Not complaining, just wondering how the increase happened?

    Hmm maybe I'll try to play STO agian; last I checked the game freezes on me after X min for myself and fleetmates. :(

    Thats great that you want to play again. Not sure what exactly that has to do with my question but welcome back just the same.

    That may be it. I've had that gear and been maxed out for some time now, so I guess they buffed it.

    Any doff missions giving you a boost?

    I saw 24 a few months ago. Never figured out where it came from but I;m now back down to 19.whatever

    Turns out some one put Diplomatic immunity on me. Didn't really need it as I maxed out my DIp XP sometime ago, but it was fun while it lasted.
