Disparity between Fleet Q'in and Tac Escort

Why is the Q'in getting an extra ENG console while the Tac Escort is getting an extra Tactical console?

And why is the Somraw stepping up into the ENG escort gap left by the lack of a Garamba fleet ship.... and instead of getting an ENG console, it gets a SCI console?

None of the Raptors need a SCI console, that's what Raiders are for.

The Somraw needs to slide into the Fleeyard I requirement, and it needs to trade the SCi for a ENG console, and the Q'in needs to slide over to a Fleetyard II requirement, and pick up an extra Tac console.

    Given the choice of extra consoles on the Qin, I think I'd rather have the ENG console over the TAC solely for the extra armour I can put on my ship.

    ...But thats just me.

    Because Cryptic likes to keep KDF 1 step behind KDF? Why else do u think BoP's have been nerfed to death?

    Feddies QQ about them being overpowered, decloaking ganks and nubs that do not know how to protect themselves against them and have no proper reflexes?

    And Craptic wonders why people do not play KDF...
