Tired of getting thrown into existing SB 24 instances

It's not fair to people who get thrown into Starbase 24 instances that are halfway through because they have less chance at making the top 3. Nearly every time I go into one fresh, I get 1st place. When I get tossed into one half done I'm lucky to get 3rd. I wish there was an option to keep from being added to ones in progress. No, creating private isn't an option.

    It was quite annoying when i was doing a sb 24 run a few times in a row that i was forced into a existing one instead of a new one when using quick play queue. If i wanted to join a existing one i would have used the join existing queue not the quick play queue.

    Makes me never get the 1st place if im halfway or near the end of one.

    And when is the ground part going to be added back in?

    From what I've read, this has been an issue for a while. Is it getting any attention or are the dev's even aware of this?

    I've never really understood this either. It's not like they use the same mechanic for other STFs (I'm not even sure if it's how it works for other FAs) because, surprise surprise, it makes no sense. There's enough demand for SB24 to have everyone start a fresh game.

    This does happen with other FAs. I've gone into Infected/Cure more than once and gotten dumped into the middle of a match because somebody nerd raged and left after they failed the optional.

    interestingly the other day I joind SB24 with my LTc and found not one but to VA'S fighting with me. Now I know you can join with a team and fight at that level but these VA's were fghting at level 50. How did this happen?

    Side not it lasted all of about 10 minutes.
