Has anybody ever reach the very end of Star Trek Online? Is there an ending to the game?:)

And there are thousands who reached that level.
If you read "End Game" as: "Achieve everything possible at a certain moment"
(Play all FEs, have all Accolades)
Ya, there are some.
Turns out everything was just a holodeck simulation.
There is no end to the game. the game is always being added to with new missions, stories and features.
end game is just a term to describe repeatable content when you reach level cap. just about everyone is there now as the game is fairly short. more endgame is being added with season 6 with starbases and starbase related missions and events, and more story mission are being added with season 7, later this year.
Cappatton, if you haven't poked about a bit, there are user made missions. You can find these under the popup menu when you hit L --> Available tab --> Community tab. Not all these missions are going to be great... ok some are stinky... ok a lot are stinky... ok just mine stink. But they can be reviewed and rated and so there you go always new content for the game.
Personally I thought it was going to end when I killed the Lich King?
