Monthly C-Point / Zen

Is anyone not receiving their monthly c-point/zen since the site change? I usually get mine on the 27th and still have not gotten it. I like to know if dear old PW is not going to honor what we were promised at the start of f2p.

    I got mine on the 21st. I know they had some problems with it being delayed in May too, but in the end I think everyone got their points. I wouldn't be too worried, it might just be a bit late until they get some of this transition stuff settled.

    just seems a bit odd for it to be this late, I've always gotten it the same day before the change

    Mine took a day longer this month. But I have yet to miss one.

    I get mine on the 5th, every month...

    Had no problem with June, will know by next week if there is a problem.

    Not much help now though... Sorry.

    I'd love to know why the immediate assumption is that someone is deliberately trying to TRIBBLE people over?

    I got mine...just as I do each month.

    I got mine on the usual day but I got it after 8pm (eastern time) which is when the new 'day' begins for dilithium refining.

    Lifetimers get a free 400 C-store points per month stripend.

    I've been a lifetime subscriber since before the game launched and i dont remember getting any monthly Stipend?
    Plus i have recently returned from a fairly long absence and would assume there would be a fairly decent amount of points piled up waiting for me and there wasnt!?

    Is this only a new thing?

    The stipend has been 400cp per month since December 2011. If you haven't gotten any, you need to contact customer support quickly. They are able to check that, and if you haven't gotten any, they will correct it. (it may take a while, but customer support has improved a bit with timely responses. Expect the initial response to be a canned reply).

    As said above, Lifetimers gained that perk when STO went to F2P back in December.

    I think gold and lifetime memberships both receive the stipend.

    ive heard some people may have had their stipends sent to champions by mistake. you may wish to check there.

    Yes, both Gold and Lifetime subs get a stipend.
