Notification Settings Window Not Saving Preferences

What it says on the tin basically.

I turned off the "squadron looting" fly-in notification but now I can't get it to turn back on. It refuses to stick and there's no "save" or "ok" button to save the preferences.

Of course the other notification options seem to be working fine so far...

    I have had the same issues..make it very difficult to know the selections of other teammates. Hopefully this can be fixed before it hits Holodeck or many people will be angry.
