Time to Adapt an Move On

Well it's been some time since the recent changes and I think I've said all I can. This post is more about getting my thoughts out now that I've calmed down. So here they are:

I really no longer see no point in hating everything anymore. I've said my piece and now it's time to move on. There is nothing I or anyone else in the player base can do about the coming changes. Sure, I could quit playing, cancel my lifetime subscription and somehow feel like I have made a statement. I could stop buying things, but unless I somehow got 50% of the players in STO to do the same, nothing will change. Take this as you will. A victory post for the Devs, a player giving up post or whatever. I'm just simply telling you all how it is. There is no point to getting angry over a video game anymore and it's not like I always have to play. Maybe I just needed a break. I would hope that some of the problems are fixed at some point, in particular the chat silencing system. You can refer to my "You have been silenced..." post for details. Otherwise, I'll log on when I log on and I'll play when I play and when I get sick and tired I'll stop. I'll still give feedback on things like new ships that I'll probably still buy and other changes.

I'd like to leave you with one simple request. I've said this before, but this one minor change would make things more interesting. Give us 180 degrees of flight. It's real simple. If you want to see a game that has a space combat system that's up to par with this game, refer to Star Trek Legacy. I'm sure their flight system could be easily adapted.

That is all
