okay...infected ground elite....the mission i love to hate. i would quit playng it, but need omega 12 shields.
i would like to take a survey to see which weapon is the best to use against Becky???
i usually go in there with the maco 11 rifle and an antiproton pulse wave rifle in the hopes of knocking some borg off into plasma. why should i be the only one to take a swim?

Spam turrets like mad, make sure you have a cover shield to hide behind when she focuses on you, and save the orbital strike, a.k.a. 'drop a brick on her from orbit' for when her shields go down. The MACO rifle is good too.
"Susse-thrai" had been the name bestowed upon her, half in anger, half in affection, by her old crew on Bloodwing; the keen-nosed, cranky, wily old she-beast, never less dangerous than when you thought her defenseless, and always growing new teeth far back in her throat to replace the old ones broken in biting out the last foe's heart. Romulans: left one homeworld, lost another, third time's the charm?
Yeah, if you are talking about the weapon, any ranged works. Sniper, HD, split on her. Having a pulsey to knock the drones in too.
But the more important thing is to stay away from the ringed target and getting things done so the spawns aren't crawling up your pooper while you take a TRIBBLE.

Can't she chain lightning those and consequently do more damage to your team-mates though? I know it doesn't bother you if you have a CS, but not everyone in your team will be an engineer.*
Generally, you'll be attacking Rebecca from a distance, so anything with good range - HD rifle, split-beam rifle etc. Sniper / MACO Battle Rifle is the best because the secondary will reach her from virtuall anywhere in the room, unless you have an extreme case where you're in complete opposite corners. If you get on the platform where she spawns, you might get a couple of Pulsewave shots into her too. I'd reccomend KDFs with an Honour Guard set (who have to have the Pulsewave for the Remod) should try going up there.
Your choice of weapons seems fine to me. It's what I bring in on my Fed.
*Another aside in that paragraph would look untidy - I also know 5 players can hide behind a CS, but she can fly in behind it if you do that. Not to mention phaser turrets don't remodulate, so they'll be doing 1 dmg per bolt after their 4th shot.

In my experience, that is usually a terrible idea.
Turrets and pets are the absolute worst thing to use in that room because they aggro the Borg and attract AOE attacks from the boss.
The best weapon to use are relatively long range weapons that do not do AOE damage (except for pushing the Borg off in the beginning).
A science officer or two can usually tank Rebecca so long as they do not aggro too many Borg.
Engineers are the ones that usually cause trouble in that room by beaming down pets or turrets, aggroing everything.

I usually try to keep Weapons Malfunction and Fuse Armor on her (with shield recharge and Equipment Diag. for my teammates).
Seems more useful than turrets.

Bring her a bolian souffle and a bottle of chateu picard she only wants to be loved. Or if you can figure out how to chain her to the stove that seems just as effective.

Fabrication Engineers are sup-par compared to Demolition Engineers. Demo Engs can disable her shooting entirely for 15 seconds, and reduce her damage output by 50% for a further 28 seconds or so. And if she or rather when she floats on to a platform somewhere, run up to her and plant mines and transphasic bombs in her face.
If your team DPS is slow, you can quickly blow up the respawning borg to get control of the fight again.
Same with Armek, Demo Eng > Fab eng by a long shot.
Also like any other STF ground boss, Pulsewave to the face.

Else use sniper rifles from afar, while distant from the others on your team.
