Oceanic fleet (Around GMT +9)

Hello all I am new to STO and decided to check it out. How is the oceanic community for the game and any recommendations to join a fleet? Just trying to get a feel for the community.

    If you go to your social tab in game (press O), then go to the Find Fleet tab, you can then click on the triangle icon to show the filters, and then have it show only the fleets that have themselves set as being in certain time zones. Hopefully that helps.
