Fleet Starbases: A Question For A Dev

My fleet has a starbase on tribble and I was wondering, we have 1240 FXP in every topic and we still do not have a tier one starbase, can you please shed some light on how FXP works?

    You should post this in the Tribble test forums, since this is concerning that. Also, you don't really need a dev to directly answer you if another player knows the answer. :p

    And the answer is, there is currently a UI issue where it's not showing you the proper amount of FXP. Instead, that 1240 number is your total XP from the military, science, and engineering projects you've completed.

    To get 1000 FXP, you need to achieve tier 1 in one of those branches by getting 10,000 XP in one of them. Then you will be able to get a tier one base.
